| I'm currently unable to click past the screen asking for i.d. ,password and alien reg, when trying to reissue a digital certificate. I'm using Internet explorer 9. Is it the browser that's causing problems? Or some other security setting? Maybe its the firewall or browser setting or even maybe java related? No clue! |

| Actually it was something to do with having a digital certificate from another bank. At least I think that's it! Anyways finally in all of my history here I have all 3 bank accounts working perfectly. What a ballache it was tho! |
