hi everyone. i have a room open starting mid april for a room in a 2 bedroom apartment in gangnam. the location is pretty much right next to shinonhyeon station on the 9 line and is a 5-10 minute walk to both nonhyeon and gangnam stations.

bump.
since the type of person who would want this room doesn't seem to have much key money to spare, i spoke to my landlord and we re-did the contract.
key money has been lowered significantly from 5mil to 2mil and the monthy rate bumped up a bit from 450/month to 600/month.
still the best deal you will find in this area of gangnam, bar none. |

| In the photos, it looks like two different bedrooms. Does the bedroom have an A/C? |
