I�m leaving for Canada soon and I still have quite a few months left on my lease so I�m trying to find someone to take my place.

It is REALLY CLEAN and comes fully furnished! I sold my Plasma TV, but everything else is YOURS! (It really is CLEAN. Many people say their place is clean, but its disgusting, my place is literally CLEAN in the true sense of the word.)

- Queen Bed with SOLID wood frame (pillows, bed sheets included)
- Microwave
- Vacuum cleaner
- TV stand with drawers
- Aircon
- Washer/dryer
- Fan with remote control
- Dinner table w/ chairs
- extra foldable tables with stools (good for computer)
- CLEAN western washroom
- Full size fridge and freezer
- Clock, garbage cans, broom, towels, etc
- iron and ironing board
- COMPLETE Kitchen set (plates, pots, frying pans, forks, knives etc.)
- Really close to Suyu Station (5 minute walk from party area with a fitness center)

Terms:
- 1 Year Lease
- 10m key money and ONLY 450,000w/month rent
- Utilities are CHEAP, start at only 50,000w/month+gas


PS. Everything except the Aircon, washer, and fridge is yours to keep. You can sell the bed, microwave, etc, afterwards.
