My hagwon boss owes me 3.25 months of salary, and didn't give me medical for the first six months until i complained to the office.

I went to the labor board about the back pay, and am waiting for the hearing. But, they said to go to the pension office for the pension. The pension office won't help because my boss registered me as a freelance independent contractor with the tax office. The tax office won't help because they say the empoyee vs. freelancer distinction is only between me and my boss and my contract doesn't matter.

Did my boss successfully steal my pension from me?

I'm in Incheon. Is there any way I can find a lawyer? I teach 40 classes a week so I can't go to Seoul for legal help.

Also, my contract doesn't even say how many vacation days i should have. They claim it will be 10.
