What kind of documents do I need to include with my FBI CBC in the letter I send off to the Department of Authentications.
I've read that you only need to include a cover letter like this one: http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/63001.pdf along with a check for $8, but on the actual website there are different documents.
Anyone who has successfully gotten an apostille willing to share some insight?
EDIT: I found the info I was looking for. Apparently they have a new form that must be submitted for an apostille. |
