|

Hi guys, long time lurker, first time poster.
I have recently been offered a position in GEPIK program starting April 1st, and Korvia has been very helpful thus far. I had a great phone conversation with the current co-teacher and the current foreign teacher at the school and they both were sure to hire me. I was presented with the contract a little after that and as instructed, I have sent in all my required documents to Korvia.
My questions is, since I am a bit of a late recruit and my I only have about 22 days or so to get my things in order before I head off, should I wait until my Visa issuance number or the letter of employment?
I actually have an apartment lease I have to break and a car to sell which I really would have to start doing now. Can anything actually go wrong beyond this point, how often do these things occur?
Thanks in advance! |

Can things go wrong = yes.
Are they likely to go wrong after they have your documents = no.
Sell the car, break your apartment lease (for a date AFTER your scheduled departure) but don't buy your plane ticket until you have the visa in your passport.
