Am I restricted to employment at another university or can I take any job I please?

Private university you are only limited by your contract.

Public (government) university and you are the same as a PS teacher (restricted by the civil service act).

The process for adding another employer to your ARC is the same as for an E2.

new contract
ARC
passport
permission from sponsor (first employer)
application
fee (60k won)
new employer business registration (copy)

.
