Has anyone ever bought a HEPA air purifier in Korea? Is it even possible to do so? If there is a brand that anyone recommends that would be swell. Living on a budget, but mold is making me sick and its not going anywhere. |

I have a Samsung Hauzen HEPA filter. Original price 269.000, I think I got it for 230 or so. You can get them everywhere/Highmart/Samsung stores/Internet. |

Sure, there are lots of different machines using HEPA filter out there. Online is the cheapest way to get a new one. Around 250,000 will get you a nice one.
Or just wait untill one shows up on craigslist. Actually there are a lot of Korean second hand sites with dozens of air purifiers advertised at any time but you should be fluent in Korean to register and contact the seller. Or ask a Korean to help you out.
I bought 3 machines from craigslist. All of them were in the 500,000+ price range brand new but I managed to get them for about 70,000 each.
Sharp, Samsung, Woongjin, LG, Mugu, Winix are all good brands. |

Bump because I'm also looking for one, preferably under 70k (the price I paid for one last year, although prices have seem to gone up since then). |
