My physical therapy consisted of a regimen of acupuncture, massage, and a couple of stretching exercises. At times, the treatment seemed better suited to extract state secrets than to effectively treat a sports injury. Nonetheless, I believe the treatment helped expedite my recovery.
If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you get a proper diagnosis before tracking down a physiotherapist. By so doing, you have a better chance of finding a treatment option that is appropriate for your specific injury.
Best of luck. |

Wooridul spine hospital in Cheongdam is excellent, and have a physical therapy section where they will teach you exercises. |

I went to SKY Wellness Clinic in Itaewon after many years of seeing different doctors for my back pain. The doctor there diagnosed the cause as muscle imbalances (and took photos of my posture to prove it to me), had me do a bunch of corrective exercises over the course of 10 sessions, and I've been pain-free for over a year (I still have do the exercises, since the imbalances were the result of athletics I do). It's not cheap; 10 one hour sessions was 800,000 won, but it was worth it. |

I've had a muscle pull in my buttocks. Treatment covered by the insurance was lying on mattress and get punched by them mad balls for 20 minutes for three days. It worked. |
