my klipsch images S4s clapped out on me the other week and although i have a 2 year warranty, i seem to have misplaced the buggers.
i'm thinking of getting some around the ear headphones/cans whatever they're called as i'll be on quite a few long flights in the near future.
any recommendations for about 300-350k won?
a friend mentioned the sennheiser HD25-IIs and beats by dre.
beats felt nice in the apple store recently but i'm sure half the price is the name.
any suggestions? |

| I've read good things about the Bose QC15's. |

Most people that have used Beats by Dre think its overpriced.
I personally use sennheiser! |

| I vote for Sennheisers. I have a 12 year old pair that despite the padding turning to dust, still sound great. I recently re-stuffed them with dish sponge. They're like new. |

i couldn't find the sennheisers that i wanted today and looking at the price, they were just too much for me. the on the ear headphones i looked at just kept irritating my ears too.
instead i got a pair of audio-technica M50s and breaking them in right now. happy with my hour old purchase right now. |

| Beats and Bose are both waaaay overpriced. Senns are good. I love Beyerdynamics & Denons, though, myself. There are some great cans out there right now--go to one of the headphone shops (good one in Yongsan iPark Mall way upstairs) and try a bunch! |

Headphones are so overpriced here in Korea I have found that I could order some headphones and have them shipped, paying duty and they would still be cheaper than buying here!
The beats are good, sound good but your are paying a huge price tag for brand making the a rip off.
I got Ultrasone Pro 550, great headphones... |
