OK, I know this is a lame post without pictures, but I won't get them up until around the end of the week. Sorry

The basics. It's a three bedroom villa between Sinchon subway station and Sagang University. It's about a minute and a half to the subway station or major bus routes just about everywhere. One room is pretty large, one medium and one is pretty small. I use the small one as a pretty big walk-in closet but you could fit a queen sized bead in there if you really wanted to.

Ondol heating, AC, full sized fridge, washer and gas range. I'm guessing that it is around 18 pyong, but I really have no idea.

The landlady just put in new insulated windows and an entirely new, and much better insulated, stone facade on the exterior of the building. Both the AC and ondol work twice as well now.

They are asking 5mil/800 a month. That is more than I was paying but they said it was because of the new windows and facade. I think there is room to negotiate.

My contract is up and I am moving out April 1st, but I'm pretty much not living there now, so if you want it earlier it's not a problem.

If you don't know this area, it's a great place to live, even if you have to commute a little bit. There are tons of interesting cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, galleries and people watching all within easy walking distance. And if you have a bike there great trails and close to the Han river.

Anyway, this is just a heads up and I will post pics later this week.

It's a villa, so there are not additional fees, maintenance, guards, etc.
You'll just have to pay the utilities that you would have to pay anywhere, water, gas and electricity.

It's very close to Sichon subway station exit 4 and 5. Less than 2 minutes for the slowest of walkers.

Sent you a pm.

I can't PM you either (had to change my previous name as one member found it offended their religious beliefs.

Anyway the 5,000,000 - 800,000 combo, is it negotiable?

I could put down a much bigger deposit but ideally I'd only want to pay up to 500,000 a month.

I paid 10 mil. But originally she didn't want to do it. I doubt that she would be willing to go up to a 35mil deposit, but you are more than welcome to ask her.

I'll PM you her number.

Yeah it's pet friendly. She's okay with any pets. I said my guess is about 18 pyong, but it's just a guess.

Tonight's the first time I've been back there in like four weeks so I will take pictures tonight. Very messy pictures.
