Hey,

I posted on a longer thread but thought a new one may get a quicker response, sorry!

I sent my docs to my recruiter, and they're not sure if they are ok, because they are signed by a registered UK solicitor (registered to the foreig office), rather than a notary public (and therefore no stamp), though they do have the apostille from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Will this be a problem or should it be fine?

I've done the same in the past and it has never been an issue.

Thanks

We've decided that they are going to submit the application. At the same time I'll request a new CRB check with the notary from disclosure scotland, and if needs be then get another degree copy notarised and then apostilled.

Just can't be bothered with the hassle and cost of doing it again!

Cheers anyway

Sean

Just spoke to the Korean consulate in London, who said that as long as it has the apostille then that is fine for Korean immigration.

I'm nervous though. Just worried that the school will just tell Korvia to find them someone else Confused
