I'm looking for suggestions on where to buy an electronic piano in Seoul. I went up to the big musical instrument market in Insadong today, and the selection there was pretty limited and pricey. They have really nice digital pianos, and the cheapest one I found was 750,000. I was hoping to spend 500,000 or less on something not as nice. I don't need anything fancy--just something with weighted keys and pedals.
A coworker suggested I check out E-Mart, which I'm definitely going to do. I'd appreciate any other suggestions from the forum though!
Also, other than What the Book, any ideas on where to find piano books in Seoul?
Thanks! |

go to yongsan's ipark.
i got a nice one last year for about 700,000w and they had a promo that allowed me to get 50,000w back if i spent more than 600,000w.
Anyway, im sure you can get a decent one there for about 500 to 550. |

I bought a Grand Korea digital piano for 300,000 won off G-market. 10,000 won delievery fee. I had to assemble it myself. It wasn't too hard. Piano itself is OK for my playing. The keys are not exactly piano like but it does the job.
Student music books are available at most department store bookshops. For others I goto IMSLP. |
