Not only them but also those from Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Since they are all considered territories of the United States are people from there allowed to legally teach in Korea? |

From these places your gonna have a US passport. And that's what matters.
I have 2 friends here, they're married, they're from Puerto Rico (Not Puerto Rican from the US but actually from Puerto Rico) They've been here a little over 3 years. They had no trouble in getting their stuff. |

If they have a US passport AND a valid degree from a US University then its possible.
The passport alone is not sufficient. |

I believe you have to have six years of schooling at a school that is taught primarily in English as well, although I'm not so sure about that. You might want to look into it. |

Ok thanks.
Where can I look into it?
Is there anything on the Korean Immigration website about this? |

Such information will be found on the kimmi site or on the embassy/consulate sites in the visa section.
For non-native speakers (ie those who were not born in one of the 7 countries on the list) sometimes proof of education in English from middle school on is required. |

The friend I mentioned above graduated from a university in Puerto Rico that used Spanish in most courses. She lived there most of her life. She and her husband speak Spanish at home. She has been here a little over 3 years and she's never had trouble getting any kind of documents. |
