If Immigration approved a Visa Transfer and Extension, why does GEPIK require an LOR?
Immigration did not require a LOR from me when I transferred or changed my workplace. Now, I am being told by my public school that in order to work for GEPIK, I need the LOR in addition to the other documents. Is this correct? |

If the transfer is complete, your file and ARC have been updated then it is irrelevant. SNIP (smile, nod, ignore, proceed).
If you have applied for the change of status and your ARC has not been updated by immigration then you may have issues.
