| Left and came back every 90 days for a year. Will I have a hard time getting a new E-2 visa now? |

| Interesting question....I dont think you will have a problem.....My question is did you have problems doing the 90 day renewel thing for a year? |

Shawner,
If you leave the country with a legitimate E2 then there should be no cause for worry.
If they haven't pulled you up coming in then I would think you would be sweet. |

| I've heard of people getting rejected and/or questioned about what they were doing here for so long on a tourist visa when they apply for an E-2. One guy guy rejected in Incehon but then approved in Seoul... |
