You are likely to get a 300,000 won settlement allowance when you join a school, but what about when you renew with a school? Do you get another 300,000 won?

No, but you can probably get time off before you start the next year teaching. Some people try to get airfare, but that's only one way at best. Also, it depends on if you stay 6 months into the 2nd contract period. Otherwise, you will probably have to pay it back.

With EPIK if you move to a new province you're entitled to it. This is from reading my contract from last year.
