I'm finishing work in October, and wanting to come straight back to Korea, well within 1 week, as my fiance is here, I'm not going to be going back to work until Feb/March as I'm having a baby and need some time off, so if I come back in, in Oct on a visitors visa, after three mths when I need to leave again, do you think I'll have a problem coming straight back in Jan? Any info would help...cheers!

As long as you don't stay for more than 3 months at a time, it doesn't matter. You can come back into the country with a shiny new visitors visa on the same day as you left on the old one if you like.

All depends on where she's from. If she is from the US, she needs a C-3 to stay for three months, which is valid for five years, you just need to exit and re-enter and will not have a "shiny new visitors visa", but rather a new entry on the old visa.
