I'm finishing work in October, and wanting to come straight back to Korea, well within 1 week, as my fiance is here, I'm not going to be going back to work until Feb/March as I'm having a baby and need some time off, so if I come back in, in Oct on a visitors visa, after three mths when I need to leave again, do you think I'll have a problem coming straight back in Jan? Any info would help...cheers! |

As long as you don't stay for more than 3 months at a time, it doesn't matter. You can come back into the country with a shiny new visitors visa on the same day as you left on the old one if you like. |

All depends on where she's from. If she is from the US, she needs a C-3 to stay for three months, which is valid for five years, you just need to exit and re-enter and will not have a "shiny new visitors visa", but rather a new entry on the old visa. |
