I am leaving my current job (LOR- leaving April 3rd) and have accepted a new job (To start on April 4th). I have all the documents to transfer the visa.

Can I do the visa transfer for my new school BEFORE the date on my LOR, and still work for my current school in the mean time? Or do I have to transfer my visa after the date on my LOR/after I leave my current job?

The main issue here for immigration is the contract dates. I transferred with a week gap and they didn't mind it. We all can secure a future job while finishing up a contract. Immigration just doesn't want you working 2 jobs during one period unless you fill out other useless paperwork.
