I dont think (although I'm not sure) that I remembered to sign/date the visa form. I handed it all in at the Embassy in London yesterday, and I'm 85% sure I signed it but I dont think I dated it because I was waiting for some information for my recruiter so kept waiting to hand it in. However I printed out several copies and I didnt double check when handing it in that I had signed/dated.

Will they phone me and let me know so that I can go and sign/date the forms or will they wait until I'm due to collect the visa and hand back the uncompleted forms and say- start again :S My recruiter is booking me a flight for the evening on the day that I am supposed to collect it so I really would like there to be no delay :S

Thing is when I phoned them before they really werent very helpful when I tried to ask them questions about the forms etc so I am worried that by calling again and asking them to check if I did in fact sign/date the forms they might delay my application.

I think I just forgot to date it, I am sure I remember looking at my signature on the form and thinking that it didnt look right (pen had faded half way and I'd tried to correct it) so what are the chances of them declining/delaying a visa because it wasnt dated?

I freaked out just last week because I forgot to sign my contract and date it @@. Don't worry, they won't decline you....I'm pretty sure of it lol.

They just mailed my contract back to me, I signed it, and mailed it back. I talked with the lady on the phone, so it helped that she knew my situation.
