Cruise for foreigners?

I have a friend coming over for a couple of weeks to celebrate his wedding anniversary
Hoping to find a romantic cruise tour, I was informed by Hana tour that they don't really have any cruise tours that cater to foreigners
i.e. all instructions and guides were in Korean and there was a significant lack of English speakers
Anybody out there know of any cruise tours that cater to foreigners?
