xbox live disconnecting

does anyone else have problems with xbox live disconnecting during games?


i usually play mw3 and it keeps saying either 'disconnected from xbox live' or 'mw3 servers.....'

game will be fine for hours, then suddenly it all goes to s**t.

checked my connection, all is fine. checked it on the xbox test and it connects there, just the game keeps going down.
