http://warning.or.kr/ <-- This one.
I was surfing www.reddit.com (as I often do) and it popped up when I clicked one of the links in the comments on one of the top posts.
It's the first time I've seen that as I usually don't stick my nose anywhere naughty online, however it wouldn't be the first time that clicking on something on Reddit accidentally took me somewhere bad.
Does this mean that they're tracking me, or something? Am I going to get crap from my ISP? |

That just means the site is blocked. Although I'm sure the government has the means to track your internet usage if they wanted to, I doubt they care enough to try to track everyone who tries to visit a blocked site. I guess it would be a little more likely you get some kind of warning from your ISP, but I doubt they really care either.
Those warnings pop up everywhere, including anti-establishment pieces, porn, and sometimes places the Korean government has absolutely no conceivable reason to want to block. |
