It's the entire top floor of a 4 storey villa.
Two large rooms, hallway, nice sized bathroom, large kitchen / laundry area.
It's all in nice condition, and there have been no maintenance issues. Everything has worked well the entire two years we've lived here.

The best part is the private rooftop access, which is why we initially fell in love with this house. It's an awesome place to hang out, with a great view of Samgak Mountain. It gets a lot of sun, and is big enough for a vegetable / flower garden as well as entertaining. We always bbq out there in the summer time.

There is no outside access to the rooftop and the staircase is inside the apartment, which means there is some extra storage space at the top of the staircase.

Its about a 5-10min walk to Suyu station (line 4), and close to many markets.
Its an awesome area and one of the most relaxed neighborhoods I've ever lived in.

The landlady is super cool and we have had no problems with her at all.
We don't wanna leave this place, but are moving back to Australia in September.
It's available any time after June, but if you wanna move in sooner / later, we might be able to work something out.

Also, we have a fridge, washer, couch, outdoor chairs/tables, a large canopy (for the roof), shelves, desks, tvs, etc, that we can include, if you don't have any of your own furniture. Some of it, we are happy to give away, but would like to sell some of the bigger items. We can work something out.
