Anyone notice that KT is suddenly filtering the web? I can't even get to my photobucket account. I haven't made a list of the 4 or 5 times the 'clean web' page has come up (no, nothing like that), but I think it's time to change providers.
Sure...VPN, proxies...but really...photobucket?! |

I'd like to hear more about Korea telecoms filtering VPNs. I'm looking for an ISP, and I want to use a VPN to access Netflix.
Which ISP is the best for this? |

Just call them and tell them you don't want the service. You might even be paying for it without knowing. |
