SATURDAY BALL HOCKEY LEAGUE:

Canada Ball Hockey Korea (CBHK) is now promoting the soon to be formed Saturday Ball Hockey League. This will be the 1st season of the Saturday League. It's an offshoot from our very successful Sunday League, that has been functioning since 2008.

For those of you who were unable to join our Sunday Ball Hockey League for whatever reason now have a second chance to get in on some ball hockey this spring. This league will be a little different than our more competitive league on Sundays in that there won't be any referees officiating the games. Players will call the games themselves.

STARTING DATE: To Be Announced, but it will be shortly.

WHEN: Saturday afternoons from 1PM 5PM (Tentative, but the games will be around these times).
Once the season commences it will be 8 weeks of regular season games and 1 week of playoffs.

COSTS: 90,000 WON, which goes into covering the rink costs.

LOCATION/DIRECTIONS OF THE RINK: Sports Complex, Seoul. It is central and very convenient to get too. Detailed directions can be found on our website - www.cbhk.org

CLOTHING/GEAR: Whatever exercise gear you feel comfortable in and running shoes. Nothing more. We RUN. Goalies will be provided with full gear by the league. You may opt to wear hockey gloves and shin guards. Mouthguards are highly recommended and will be included with your league fee.

CONTACTS: For more information please feel free to contact any of the following.

Rob Gibson: [email protected] (the official CBHK address)
Shankar Nadarajah: [email protected]
Glen Langman: [email protected]

Also please feel free to check out our website at www.cbhk.org.

Playing ball hockey in Korea will be one of the best experiences you will have during your stay in Korea, so be sure to get out to the rink and play some hockey. You won't regret it.

AWESOME POWER!!!
