There've been quite a few posts on the forum about barefoot running and kettlebells so I thought I'd post this place. It's called school of movement and they practice *movement* as a strength builder as opposed to straight up weightlifting.
Looks pretty interesting and it looks like they've put a lot of thought into why the do what they do.
Like, that's their "mission statement". You have to kind of fight through the English, but I get what they're saying--essentially that because of our modern lifestyles, there's a lot of biomechanical illnesses (weak soles, weak arches, weak core muscles) that can be remedied through proper movement as opposed to weight training.
