Thought I try my luck here since craigslist isn't getting getting any responses.

I'm a graduate student filmmaker and I need two different types of rooms for a short film shoot. It's been really difficult to find a house/room for my film and I could really use your help. Some of you may live in larger older homes or know someone who does. Please pass the word around if you can help.

A.) Looking for a large 3-4 bedroom house (단독주택 style which is the type usually for families that live in the whole building, but maybe the cohabited building style might work) - not apartment.

Looking for these conditions:
1. House should have a normal lived in Korean family setting already furnished - old furniture, old style doors and old interior is a plus.
2. A large bedroom already furnished with an old style bed. Extra bedroom furniture (closet, bookshelf...etc) a plus.
3. A hallway in the house is a plus.
4. Standard kitchen, but the older the better.
5. The house is supposed to be for an old couple so if it has this type of atmosphere it would perfect.

2-3 days of shooting = 200,000 - 350,000 KRW depending on conditions.


B.) Barely furnished 1 room/studio.

Looking for these conditions:
1. Analog TV a plus.
2. Large desk and chair would be a plus.
3. Very little clutter in the room which includes very few furniture.
4. Not looking for anything clean with bright colors and designs.
5. Live somewhere between the 2nd - 4th floor with a view to a small street.
6. The room is supposed to belong to a single male who lives by himself.

1 day of shooting = 60,000 - 100,000 KRW depending on conditions.
