I will be teaching in Korea on a F-4 visa (most likely thorough GEPIK) and I was wondering if I have to complete the health check.
I know it is a required document for an E-2 visa, but do I need to do the health check to register for my ARC and with MOE?
If so, is there any reason to be denied an ARC? non drug related reasons of course. |

IF you want to be a teacher, yes you need to do the health check. More so with GEPIK. I am pretty certain many of the public schools really like get their ori in a row.
As to what they are looking for rather then the two big culprits drugs and STDs, I do not know. But immigration(separate department, same likely craziness) has been know to be picky about health problems, but those they usually weeded out with idiots filling out yes to any of the three to the pre-health check.
Can you give us a hypothetical of a type of health problem that has you worried. |
