Any Busanites on this board?
Was wondering how much rent goes for in Busan. A couple of websites say that you can find a place by the beach for 400-450 thousand won/mth. I think those sites are likely way outdated.

If one were to rent a decent one room suite in either location how much would they go for? I don't mean the absolute tiniest shoebox of a place, but a decent size one room(or larger).

Cheaper than you'd find in Seoul?

Decent size one-room place on PNU can run you 500 000W if you have some key money to deposit too. The same type of place in Haeundae will cost you more, still provided you plunk down some key money.

By the beach will cost you more.
