| I've been told of a new mexican place in incheon. It is near the irish expat bar (mcnally's?). Does anyone know where I am referring to? If you do, please give me directions to get there. |

It's called taco cielo, and it's on the 6th floor of the building next to O'malleys. If you do a search for O'malleys on facebook, you can find directions there.
