Im here on a visa waiver stamp (B-1) which i have renewed by leaving and re entering twice already gaining 90 days each time. I am married to a Korean but am having trouble getting the correct documents from the UK needed to apply for the (F-6) visa. Do i have any options to stay in Korean longer? Is it possible to apply for a (D-10) visa?

Thanks in advance

You can only switch to a D-10 inside of Korea if you currently hold a D-2, E-1, E-2, E-3, E-4, E-5, E-6, or E-7 visa. In the case of the D-2 student visa, you must have finished your degree and graduated. In the case of the E working visas, you must have finished your contract or have a letter of release from your employer. If you've only got a 90 day visa waiver you would have to apply at a Korean consulate abroad, and in that case the requirements are much stricter (must have a minimum of a master's degree from one of the world's top 200 universities, etc).

As for how you can remain in the country... Well, you could obtain any visa that you might qualify for.

You could enroll in some classes somewhere and get a student visa.

If you have a job offer, an employer willing to sponsor you, and the necessary documents you could get an E working visa (E-2 in the case of teaching)

Invest 100,000 USD in Korea and get the D-8 investor's visa.

etc, etc, etc... Plenty of info on the various visa categories on immigration website.

Or you could simply leave the country and re-enter on a new 90 day visa waiver continually until you get the documents that you need.
