Who Let the Dogs Out?!

Watergate, now "Doggiegate?"

A funny (funny politically, not funny from the dogs pov) series of dog war news stories recently entered the presidential race. A 2007 Boston Globe article resurfaced reporting that Mitt Romney had tied the family dog's carrier to the roof of his vehicle on a family drive from Massachusetts to Canada.

That put him in the dog house and appears to still be dogging him on the campaign trail...doggone it!

Conservatives went on the offensive, pointing fingers at President Barack Obama who described eating dog meat when he was a boy living in Indonesia with his father.

Meanwhile, voters who by now are dog-tired of watching candidates fight like cats and dogs are left wondering, "Arent there more important issues at stake, like the economy, jobs and health care?"
