I am in the process of transferring my e-2 to an f-2 visa. I think I have all the documents that are needed, the only ones I am curious about are the degree and CBC. I got them last year when I transferred my visa from my old GEPIK elementary school to my new GEPIK middle school. I handed them in and I assume that immigration have them on file attached to my existing visa. So my questions are, will immigration be able to look my file up and see that I have already submitted the required documents last year and so I don't need them again, or will this be a major spanner in the works? Also as my current job ends in May what will happen to the F visa?, as I am married to a Korean citizen does that allow me to work using the current visa or does it just allow me to stay in Korea?
