I apologize if I've posted this in the wrong place.

I currently teach first year high school students here in Korea. For their midterm exam, they are writing letters talking about their school and home life here in Korea. They go to a military boarding school, so many of their stories are quite interesting. I thought I had teacher lined up in the US with whom to do a letter exchange, but it just fell through. So, I need your help.

Im looking for someone to put me contact with one (or multiple) high school teachers (or contacts from organizations such as the YMCA) in the US. I have 150 students (western age 15-16), thus 150 letters that I would like to distribute. This does not need to be a formal exchange....the kids who would like to receive a reply are including their email addresses. They just want an to meet kids from America.

Before anyone asks, yes, this activity had been approved by our administration. thanks!

I did this once. The mail can take a while. Why not try to do it through e-mail? Try contacting a English teacher in your hometown first. Or any school in your area.

I recently did this with a high school teacher in the US. We used dropbox to send files back and forth, which worked really well. One thing I suggest you do is make sure that your students save their letters in a pdf, doc, or docx format instead of using hwp, so your teacher in the States can print the letters without you having to resave in a format they can read.
