The e-People service allows you to file on-line petitions for assistance in a number of areas, including: labor, tax, and pension.
For example, I used it recently when my hagwon didn't pay me my final pay. The Labor Office expedited my in-person hearing date but that became unnecessary because the hagwon paid as soon as Labor contacted them.
The Tax Service also helped me get a tax document from my hagwon so I could apply for a refund.
It takes just minutes to complete a form on-line stating your case and I've found the response time to very quick.
