Anyone experience this? All of a sudden I can't withdraw from ATMs abroad, happened to me once last month and now this month (in a different country)

Called EXPAT service center and they say nothing is wrong with my card and to call them on Monday.

Any ideas?

It depends where you are, and/or it might just be the ATMs you're using. I had this happen to me in Guatemala last month. My card wouldn't work at a few of the ATMs, but when I tried it in a different city, it worked.

When that happens, instead of punching in that you want to do a withdrawal, indicate instead that it's a credit card. That has always solved the problem for me.
