| A message to anyody doing a preliminary search before taking a job at the above hagwon: 'Dont take it. The employers are awful people. They didn't pay me. They gave me 1 hour to get out of my apartment in -10 snowy weather. They lied to immigration about me. They called other schools and lied to try and make it hard for me to get another job. They tried to charge me for utilities that were not mine. The list goes on. Please don't take the job. |

A few observations:
1. It is almost May. You are posting now about being kicked out in winter?
2. Did you leave the country and you are now trying to re-enter?
3. Did you sign the contract in May 2011 and simply not say anything to immigration in winter when you were kicked out?
4. You said they didn't pay you, but you worked a full year? You left after a few months? Did you try going to labor board?
5. You mentioned paying another person's utilities, does this mean you had a roommate or did you leave shortly into a contract period?
Before I take your complaint as a credible one, I need to know the facts. What actually happened? |
