Searched but didn't find anything.

I ordered a few things online hoping they would have arrived by now, but they have not shipped yet. I won't be home from Monday to Wednesday, so I was just wondering if I could get lucky with a Sunday delivery. If not, I'll probably just cancel. Thanks.

Your post makes absolutely no sense. Are you asking if delivery companies deliver on Sundays? Some do, some don't. There's no way to generalize with no more information.

Can you cancel? Maybe yes, maybe no. What did you order and with whom?

Nonsensical post.

I expect he/she wants to know how common Sunday deliveries of parcels are here. It would have been easier for you to just tell them what you know. No wonder people are driven away from this forum with unfriendly responses like that. Do you speak to people like that when you aren't online?

You may expect that to have been the OP's meaning, but you don't know for sure because he or she didn't communicate clearly. I did in fact tell OP exactly what I know: Some delivery services do deliver on Sunday, some don't deliver on Sunday, some allow you to cancel, some don't, and a variety of factors affect delivery options, including what was ordered and from whom.

Do I speak to people like that when I'm not online? Yes, if someone is unclear in his or her communication, I provide what information I can and ask questions hoping for clarification so that I can provide more accurate information.

They will contact you with the time that it will be delivered. If you are home great. If not then it shouldn't matter.

1. If you live in a house they can leave it at the door if you have already paid the delivery charge (if there is one).

2. If you live in an apartment/officetel they can leave it at the building's office on the main floor, if the delivery charge was already covered. You merely have to go to the office and sign for it when you get home.
