Hello. I am wondering if anyone has any insight or knowledge to my situation:
I left Korea February 29th this past year with the intention of coming back in a couple months. I submitted all my documents earlier in the year to immigration to extend my Visa for my previous employer. I was told that I have 90 days to come back to Korea with the current documents which would be before June. After June they become void and have to start the process over. I am still uncertain if my documents are still good. I have had different recruiters call immigration and they said I was fine but I just got off the phone with another school who said that every time one applies for a new e2 visa you need new documents?
Has anyone else had this problem? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
