If you mean "full service" travel agent (like you would find at home) then there aren't any. They don't do anything you can't do yourself (and you can usually do it cheaper).
If you just want a place to buy a ticket for cash (no credit card to use on-line) then try the listings in the travel forum.
If you want cheap tickets to somewhere get a Korean friend to help you and use whypaymore.co.kr or 072.com . You can pay by ATM or bank transfer (if you have internet banking).

I'll second them, I've used them for several years for every vacation and every return flight home. You can just send them an e-mail with where you want to go and what time frame, and they'll shoot you back some options, then you can just pay via bank transfer and not even have to head down there (unless you're flying on a small carrier that doesn't do e-tickets, then you'll have to go down to pick up the ticket or them mail it you.) |

I can't believe travel agents still exist. With all the options available to you on the internet, why would you pay someone for a service you can easily do yourself? For less money... |

Because it's not necessarily less money.
When you use sites like Expedia, Travelocity, etc. they still charge you service fees. And the airlines, being the greedy bastards that they are, pretty much charge you the same amount if you buy directly from their websites. Everytime I've used Xanadu I've done searches on the net to give me an idea of what the flights are going to cost, and Xanadu has provided me with a cheaper option every single time, sometimes on Airlines I'd never even hear of, like when I flew UniAir to Taiwan. |
