I see threads where a poster will quote from two or three other posters in a thread - all in the same post. Can someone please telkl me how to do that?
Thanks in advance.

quote="Scorpion" inside brackets. When you select a new piece of text to quote, it just uses the quote open tag, so toss the user name in there and you're good to go. |

I've long wondered the same thing. Zyzyfer, I just tried several variations of what you suggest with no luck. Clearer instructions please? |

I sometimes think Dave's is what the internet must have looked like 20 years ago. I've never figured out how to get an avatar either, but that could just be incompetence |

It may be the long way, but I just open 2 windows of the same thread and cut and paste. I'm sure it can be done more easily. It works fine. |

See how the quote above puts your name in quotations? [quote="schwa"] and you can change the name to whatever. So when you want to quote a different person...

Almost. I've been visiting this site since the 90's, and I don't recall it ever being updated. |

There is a kinky quote button (she won't mind). Click it. That is, if you can find it.
