I need to buy some new underwear. Anyone know where a big guy can find some?

You can buy underwear anywhere! Of course, it might not fit you...

Couldn't resist. Good luck.

What is your waist size?

If you are large, you might have to have some shipped from home.

Otherwise, you can buy boxers on the street in Itaewon.

Korea has underwear stores named, "TRY" that are here and there. Also, E-mart sells underwear, for example. If you ask them for "Nam-ja Pantee's" someone will take you there. Konglish for underwear is pantee.

The main shops generally don't sell above a Korean Large, which is medium in western sizes, around a 105.

However, you can sometimes find smaller markets and things like that which are selling larger underwear in the 110 or 120 size.

otherwise have them shipped
it wouldn't be that expensive to have a family member send you 5 pair of underwear.

The ones they have at Big Brother (in Itaewon) might be okay for you. I'm pretty big and the last time I bought mine at Costco. Depends (no pun intended) on what style you want. It might be better just to ask someone back home to ship some off to you.

All the undershirts that fit me best (long enough) all came from back home.

You're gonna hate me for saying this, but I've found the best way to deal with it is simply to lose weight. I walk whenever I can and skip the bus and subway. I drink a lot of water and fill up on a mixture of ground flax seed/psillium/and grain mix.

Well, if you want used underwear, get some from a vending machine next time you make a visa run to Japan. Or so I have heard. Just sayin'....

What size do you wear?

Papa Tiger says he's big but bought his stuff at Costco. He's not that big.
