Currently I'm teaching in Korea on an E2 teachers Visa. I am leaving to travel for 5 months. I have my FBI background check in the works. (I've requested more than 1)

My current E-2 visa I had to have my degree Apostilled and all that before.

To re-apply when I'm back in Korea on a tourist Visa do I need another Apostilled degree?

Keep in mind that I have my actual degree with me in Korea and will have it when I return to find another Job.

Thanks for your help!!

-Justin

You need all new documents. You have to show proof that it is an actual degree by getting that Apostille placed on it. You don't want to have to turn in your actual diploma to them either, so get a copy of it.
