I think this a great game for reviewing lessons. I downloaded a template off waygook.org, however I am trying to edit it using powerpoint. I want to put up a grid of random letters, then the students pick a letter which reveals the question.
Click on it again and it reveals the answer. If the answer is correct click on it again and it reveals the teams reward i.e 1,2,3 points. How can I set this up I have spent about 5 hours playing with powerpoint to no avail and it's starting to drive me crazy. So if anyone could help it would be really appreciated thanks.

First thing I would do is set up your main slide with all of the letters on and then set up an additional slide for each question you want to have with the question, answer and points.

For the question slides you can use 'custom animations' to introduce the answer and the points at the click of a mouse.

For the main slide (with the random letters) you can create a hyperlink, so that when you click on a letter it will take you to one of the question slides. To make a hyperlink just highlight the letter and then click the right-mouse button to bring up a menu. Click on hyperlink, and then there will be an option to 'link to a place in the document'. Choose one of your question slides.

And there you go! When you go to 'Show mode' (F5), you will be able to click on the hyperlink.

You'll also probably want to create a 'back button' to take you back to the main slide. To do this, just add a shape or word on each question slide and add a hyperlink linked to your main slide.
