Hi,
I'm going to buy a second hand S2 (found one for 100,000 with a scratched screen) but it's on LG.
1. Can LG S2s be used in the UK? What about KT and SK?
2. Can LG or SK phones have a KT sim card in them and then be used on KT in Korea?
3. Is it possible to have the screen glass replaced for a reasonable price in Korea?
Thanks very much |

Please never bother considering LGU+ devices. |

My understanding is that LG phones are CDMA phones. Therefore, it's not simply a matter of getting the phone unlocked and changing the SIM card if you want to change carriers. SK and KT smart phones, on the other hand, do have the potential to be used with other carriers. |

So I found a good SK s2 doe 350,000. Can I definitely use that in the UK? It's so hard to find out what the deal is with the mobile phone system here as pretty much the worst english speakers in the whole of korea are the guys who work in phone shops!
Does anyone know the korean for asking if it's unlocked? |
