Is it true that you can only get the cash refund of pension at the airport if you are returning to your home country? What is the best way to receive that if you are not returning to home country? thanks. |

???
you don't get it at the airport at all (where did you hear that exactly??) - it's wired into whatever bank acc you provide to the pension office - I've always received mine in a Korean bank acc but others have had it wired overseas as well -
you DO have to show a tkt that is going out of the country in order to apply for the refund however, or they won't refund it to you. |

The option is offered on the website for the pension office. I'm curious about this myself... |

Late last year i received a brochure from NPS that outlines the airport option & today i spoke with a lady who verified it. |
