Tony's bar between noksapyeong and itaewon also!
He has a very strict policy towards smoking..
Great to see non smoking bars on the up!

All in Itaewon/HBC area. I can't think of any in other areas. |

Not any more. Nashville tried to go non-smoking, but everyone complained about it and smoked in the stairwell just outside the bar. They gave up the experiment after maybe three months. |
