I believe this is my third post in the last month about the school that I work at. I keep on reading about teachers not getting paid, being over worked, being mistreated, bad accommodations and so on..... I know of one position open currently and one that will be open in August. Gangjin Foreign Language Town has no draw backs other than its location. It is a small town but only a 1hr. from Gwangju and 45 mins. from Mokpo. The pay is great and then some, never get over worked (really..never) and the accommodations are better than most in Korea. I have been here a year in September and seriously no issues at all. I know for a fact if you factor in all of the pros and cons, the pros will overcome the cons by far. So any potential teachers or current teachers if your looking for a school that pays great, no issues and nice apartments check out Gangjin foreign language town. or email me @ [email protected]
