I've got the option for an interview with Avalon in Changwon next week, and am wondering if anyone who works there currently (or has in the past) could let me know what it's like. I've read a lot of the existing threads on Avalon, so please keep it specific to Changwon, since I've read up on the overall company's feedback. I've got a Master's in Teaching and experience in the US (no cert, though) and some other possible options lining up that sound a bit better (less hours, similar pay, decent reputations), but no concrete offers so far (although it's only been a week since I got all my docs back). I'm thinking I'll take the interview and see if I can discuss with current NETs, but if anyone has experience with this school, I'd appreciate your feedback before I talk to the director.
